| We at Little Brook Miniatures have available a payment plan with the following requirements. There will be a non-refundable 10% down payment with your signature and date required up front. Thereafter, a calculated amount of the remaining owed plus 5.5% monthly interest rate, plus a monthly cost of $75.00 which covers pasture/daily care costs (worming, farrier, vaccines included-if due during the miniature horse's stay), will be required. The purchaser/s will sign an agreement that any monies, after 3 payments - minus the monthly interest rate, monthly care cost of $75.00/month, put towards the miniature horse/horses is now non-refundable (due to the fact that there could have been an immediate sale with another buyer) and that the said miniature horse/horses will not leave Little Brook Miniatures until all monies owed have been paid in full.
