MAY I GO?

MAY I GO NOW?
DO YOU THINK THE TIME IS RIGHT?

I'VE LIVED MY LIFE AND DONE MY BEST,
AN EXAMPLE TRIED TO BE.
SO CAN I TAKE THAT STEP BEYOND
AND SET MY SPIRIT FREE?

I DIDN'T WANT TO GO AT FIRST,
I FOUGHT WITH ALL MY MIGHT,
BUT SOMETHING SEEMS TO DRAW ME NOW
TO A WARM AND LOVING LIGHT.

I WANT TO GO, I REALLY DO,
IT'S DIFFICULT TO STAY.
BUT I WILL TRY AS BEST I CAN
TO LIVE JUST ONE MORE DAY.

TO GIVE YOU TIME TO CARE FOR ME
AND SHARE YOUR LOVE AND FEARS.
I KNOW YOU'RE SAD AND AFRAID,
BECAUSE I SEE YOUR TEARS.

I'LL NOT BE FAR, I PROMISE THAT,
AND HOPE YOU'LL ALWAYS KNOW
THAT MY SPIRIT WILL BE CLOSE TO YOU
WHEREVER YOU MAY GO.

THANK YOU SO FOR LOVING ME.
YOU KNOW I LOVE YOU, TOO.
THAT'S WHY IT'S HARD TO SAY GOODBYE
AND END THIS LIFE WITH YOU.

SO HOLD ME NOW JUST ONE MORE TIME
AND LET ME HEAR YOU SAY,
BECAUSE YOU CARE SO MUCH FOR ME,
YOU'LL LET ME GO TODAY.

Joey-bird.  Wow what a beautiful
bird he was. I only had him for 3
months and found I was extremely
scared of this very large boy.  A
friend took him home and a great
relationship started but within 6
months, Joey became ill and
passed away on his 8th birthday.
Very sad.
1998  to  2006
Our Gus-Gus.  He lived to be just
under 17 years of age.  We brought
him home when our oldest son was a
few months old.  They grew up
together. His health was very good, it
was his back legs that gave in.
1985  to  2001
Caylee-dawn was with us for a
short but wonderful 91/2 years.
To this day we don't really know
what happened.  Her heart just
gave up.
1992 to  2001
Spitz....our famous cat. She was our
youngest son's best friend. If you'd
have known her, you knew to stay
away as she would've attacked. She
was a better guard "dog" than our
dogs.  Any strangers came
around.....look out.  She cornered one
of my pregnant friends!!
(She's alright) We
were fortunate to have her guard us
for 13 years.
1991  to  2004
This was Bucky..He, along with
Oreo were my little buddies that
played with any member of the
family...even the horses.  Great,
great companions.  Bucky was
traumatized at a very young age
by watching his two siblings
attacked by a bear and later in life
was also taken by a bear. A very
sad and depressing time for the
whole family. I was very fortunate
to have had them 3 years.
2000  to  2003
Rebel is our malamute/cross who will
be 8 years old this coming October.
Reb is a great companion to have
around the farm. This guy loves to
ride in the wheel barrel.
WE LOST OUR BEST FRIEND,
REBEL, ON OCTOBER 19, 2007
DUE TO SPLEEN COMPLICATIONS.

THIS IS THE HEAVENLY PASTURE FOR OUR LITTLE FRIENDS WHO HAVE PASSED ON. GREEN
GRASS WHERE IT IS SECLUDED AND PEACEFUL. I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION OTHER FAMILY
MEMBERS THAT HAVE PASSED ON WHO I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER:
(1969 to 1982 PRINCESS-DOG)
(1982 to 1985
NANOOK-DOG)                         (1981 to 1985 JESSICA-CAT)
BANDIT-DOG                    CAYENNE-CAT
Goldy-my first best friend. I bought Goldy
when I was 10 years old. He was my first
horse and we taught each other many
things.  Enjoyed frequent rides for 13
years. I had to put my buddy down at the
age of 26.  He is buried in his favorite
pasture with all his belongings.  I
purchased Goldy, all tack and brushes
for $150.00 ----the best $150.00 I ever
spent.

"SLEEP IN PEACE"
We named her Brook, she was born on
May 18, 2008 and was 22" at birth.
This beautiful little filly only survived 26
hours. Due to complications, we had to
 euthanase her
May 19, 2008......we
will never forget her, she was our first
little angel.  Brook was out of our
Gracie-Mae and Ritz.
